EPIC 11 things to do when you're BORED at home! The key to success!

Hi guys! Yes. Having a global virus outbreak sucks! 


This post is for anyone who feels bored when stuck at home, the corona virus will pass but we all feel boredom every now and then. Virus or no virus. You are capable to turn your boredom into a future success.


And com'on... you may think you don't have the time... but when was the last time you binge-watched your favourite show on Netflix orspent a good portion of the day clicking through endless cat videos,we have all been there and there is nothing wrong with switching off from time to time!


But our time on this planet is priceless guys, no matter where you are coming from! If you are serious about becoming a winner in the Game of Life here are 11 productive things you can do at home and take advantage of the spare time you have! 1. Declutter your life: - organise your closet, there is a direct correlation between stress levels and the density of objects in our houses. It's time to change it, decluttering is a spiritual necessity! - Moreover, non-material clutter is often more spiritually damaging than the boxes! Go through your social media and get rid of toxic and negative, draining energy people! - And don't forget to go through your mailbox and unsubscribe from all the spammy emails you don't need. As soon as you declutter your life you will feel more free, productive and happier! 2. Follow your role models: people who inspire you or you wish to be like them - make a vision board and place it somewhere you are going to see it every day and hold yourself accountable, - also, write down your goals and prepare a bucket list, make it clear where you want to be in 5 years and the same, keep looking at it every day. 3. Start a daily workout, put on your favourite playlist or listen to motivational speeches and start a quick home workout, you will look better, it will improve your sleep plus you will live longer! Optionally you can start yoga or meditations! I cannot stress it enough how important meditation is, only 5-10min per day is enough to see the benefits. Exercising from home was never easier, find Cassey from Blogilates she has amazing challenges like 100 Ab Challenge, or find Yoga With Adriene, she is amazing. Another option is OFFICIALTHENX, I love this guy!! The options are unlimited!! 4. Learn something new:  in order to excel at life, you never stop learning! So, maybe there is something you always wanted to learn... how to dance, play guitar, edit pics, make youtube videos or start training your brain using online memory course or speed reading course. And all this is only one click away, you can do a quick YouTube search or use website like Skillshare they even have 2 months free for new members! You can learn about business, photography, drawing... 

Or you can even start learning a new language! Tak jak ja, moze Polski? When I was learning Spanish I used Duolingo, it's so much fun to use and you can set reminders! Nowadays literally everything can be learnt from your laptop and for free, if you just decide to get up, open your laptop and ask google a question. You can use all this free time to develop a new skill, which could possibly become your hobby or even a future job! 5. Facetime friends and family, now it's the time to reconnect and maybe you can even schedule some events... starting the year all over again party?! Look at Italy and how they can still find optimism during such hard times! The fact that you cannot go out doesn't meet you have to be antisocial. 6. Connect with new people, especially if you are shy, practising to talk to strangers through the internet or a facetime will make you stronger and will develop your social skills. There are lots of social apps for networking like LinkedIn, FB groups like Wild Riot Collective, Meetup, Bumble BFF or Bumble Bizz and much more.  You never know who you might meet and whether they might be able to help further your career. Networking is the key to success in life, not just business! 7. Go through your outfits, combine new clothes you can wear. When you look good, you feel good... and experiment with new hairstyles!  8. Start volunteering! Time is the most precious thing we have, to spend it on watching Netflix is kinda sad, considering you can use it helping others! You can do it without leaving your sofa! Find something you are passionate about and just do it! Giving to those who are less fortunate helps connect you to another side of humanity and gives you some perspective of all you have to be grateful for. And who knows, maybe you can even meet some other like-minded people there. 9. Practice gratitude! Did you know that people who regularly practise gratitude by taking time to notice and reflect upon the things that happened to them and are thankful for their experiences are feeling more alive, they are able to express more compassion and kindness, they become more positive, sleep better and...  have stronger immune systems?! Gratitude doesn't need to be reserved only for momentous occasions, like expressing gratitude after receiving a promotion at work, but you can also be thankful for something as simple as a delicious cup of tea or clean water. 10. Read that book you’ve always wanted to read. There’s probably a dusted book in your house somewhere on a shelf that you’ve always intended to read, but you keep putting it off. All successful people read, and they read a lot! It improves the functioning of the brain. 11. Find new ways of making money or even create your own business! There is a bunch of different ways to make money online, you just have to stick to it and don't give up!
